ALİA CONSTRUCTION & ARCHITECTURE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING INFORMATION NOTICE

(IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE COMMUNICATION ON THE PROCEDURES AND PRINCIPLES TO BE FOLLOWED IN COMPLYING WITH THE LAW NO. 6698 AND THE INFORMATION OBLIGATION)

As Alia Construction & Architecture (“Company”), we pay utmost attention to the security of your personal data. With this awareness, as a Company, we attach great importance to processing and storing all types of personal data belonging to all individuals associated with the Company, including those who benefit from our products and services, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). Fully aware of this responsibility, we process your personal data as the “Data Controller” as defined in Article 3/ı of the KVK, in the manner described below and within the limits prescribed by the legislation.

1. Collection, Processing, and Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data may vary depending on the services provided by our Company and our commercial activities; it may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically, by automatic or non-automatic means, through our Company units and offices, website, social media channels, mobile applications, and similar means. Your personal data may be processed by being created and updated as long as you benefit from the products and services offered by our Company.

In addition, your personal data may be processed when you use our call centers or website for the Company's purposes, when you visit our Company or website, and when you participate in training, seminars, or events organized by our Company.

Your collected personal data may be processed by our business units to carry out the necessary work to provide you with the products and services offered by our Company, to customize the products and services offered by our Company according to your preferences, usage habits, and needs, and to ensure the legal and commercial security of our Company and persons in a business relationship with our Company. (administrative operations related to communication carried out by our Company, ensuring the physical security and control of locations belonging to the Company, customer evaluation/complaint management processes, reputation research processes, event management, legal compliance process, auditing, financial affairs, etc.), Your personal data will be processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK for the purposes of determining and implementing our Company's commercial and business strategies and ensuring the execution of our Company's human resources policies.

2. To Whom and for What Purpose the Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred

Your collected personal data will be processed by our business units to enable you to benefit from the products and services offered by our Company, to customize the products and services offered by our Company according to your preferences, usage habits, and needs, and to ensure the legal and commercial security of our Company and persons in business relations with our Company. (administrative operations conducted by our Company for communication purposes, ensuring the physical security and control of Company locations, partner/customer/supplier (authorized or employee) evaluation processes, reputation research processes, legal compliance processes, auditing, financial affairs, etc.), For the purposes of determining and implementing our Company's commercial and business strategies and ensuring the execution of our Company's human resources policies, your personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, Company officials, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions, and private individuals within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

3. Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected verbally, in writing, or electronically for the purposes stated above, so that the products and services offered by the Company can be provided within the specified legal framework and so that the Company can fulfill its contractual and legal obligations completely and accurately. Your personal data collected for this legal reason may be processed and transferred within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK for the purposes specified in paragraphs (1) and (2) of this text.

4. Rights of the Data Subject Listed in Article 11 of the KVKK

As personal data subjects, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company using the methods set out below in this Disclosure Text, our Company will respond to your request free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the Personal Data Protection Board stipulates a fee, the fee specified in the tariff determined by our Company will be charged. In this context, personal data subjects may:

• Learning whether personal data has been processed,
• Requesting information about the processing of personal data,
• Learning the purpose of the processing of personal data and whether it is being used for its intended purpose,
• Knowing the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred within or outside the country,
• Requesting the correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, and requesting that this action be communicated to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
• Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data when the reasons for processing no longer exist, even if the processing was carried out in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK and other relevant laws, and requesting that the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred be notified of this action,
• Object to the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems resulting in a consequence against the person themselves,
• Request compensation for damages incurred due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
Pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 13 of the KVKK, you may submit your request to exercise the above rights to our Company in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. As the Personal Data Protection Board has not determined any method at this stage, you must submit your application to our Company in writing, in accordance with the KVKK. In this context, the channels and procedures for submitting your written request to our Company under Article 11 of the KVKK are explained below.

Our company reserves the right to make changes to this disclosure notice due to possible amendments to the KVKK and methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
