Alia has engineered, managed, and constructed some of the most complex building projects of the modern era under variable and challenging conditions. The Building Projects Division operates under two main categories: contract projects and investment projects. Depending on the scope of work, these categories include the construction of business centers & high-rise buildings, public buildings, shopping centers, urban development projects, industrial facilities, and embassy projects.
