The project involves the construction and architectural renovation of a 125-meter-high tower, including a 10-story section with parking facilities, a shopping center, and restaurant areas, as well as a rooftop terrace offering panoramic views of Ankara. Additionally, the technological revisions of the rotating platform observation deck, which is located at a height of 87 meters and is the first of its kind in our country, have also been completed.
